[CIS PIDD] [cis-pidd] SubQ first dose

We always do first infusion of a new product in our clinic, whether the product is being given SQ or IV.

For SQ, there is probably only a tiny risk of any serious reaction, but it is helpful to have someone around who can distinguish a hive from the standard redness that some people get at a SQ site.

IV: first dose always supervised in the infusion center. SQ: comfortable with patients starting at home with nursing education/supervision.
