Sorry, Kate, that answer was for IVIG. All our subcut to date has been with=
the same product (the old IM formulation). Incidentally, most of our PID p=
ats are now on subcut.

We always start slowly then ramp up the rate at each visit (fairly quickly =
after the first infusion) but don't take brands into account.

Question to all...

It has been our tradition to always give a first dose of any new immunoglob=
ulin product under medical supervision (i.e. not at home). I wonder how m=
any people do that for subcutaneous products though. I think the risk of a=
reaction that needs medical attention is very low.

What do all of you do?
