I don

t think IVIG will affect any labs except immunoglobulin and antibody levels.  Get QUIGs and , if immunized, antibody levels, and put 2ml of serum in the freezer "just in case."

In an child with suspected combined immunodeficiency (e.g. OS, IPEX, etc), what labs do you find useful to obtain BEFORE initiating IVIG/ScIg as part of pre-BMT work-up/management?
