[CIS PIDD] [cis-pidd] Update on severe chronic oral lichen in Good sdr

Dear all,

about a year ago I consulted this list on treatment of severe oral lichen in Good sdr patient. Most available forms of therapy had been used to no avail.

A member of the list (who, cannot find the original e-mail?) suggested, based on experience in 1 pt that we attempt to use acitretin 25mgx1 p.o.

Of course it has not healed the problem, but according to the patient it has been the only effective treatment attempted, and has made life considerably more tolerable and also clinically milder.
