[CIS PIDD] [cis-pidd] CVID patient

Dear all, one of our young adult patients with CVID is moving to Koln (Germany) for 3-4 years. Any immunologist there who could take care of him? 

Please let us know the documents to fulfill in order to make sure the patient is able to receive IVIG in Koln.
