Dear Kate,

I treated one CVID patient once in 2010 with RTX 375/m2 x 4 weeks (for
AIHA) and in 2012 (AIHA relapsed). She had severe NLH in 2012 (portal
hypertension with esophageal varices). The patient has stable liver disease
since then, but RTX did not prevent NLH 2 years after the first exposure.
Has anyone tried bortezomib for NLH?

Best regards,
