Subject: Re: [cis-pidd] Lymphoma in XLA

Hi Kate,

We are currently caring for a XLA patient with suspected T cell lymphoma. This is a cutaneous variant with splenomegaly (no histology available) and CD8 T cell expansion in the peripheral blood and fever and night sweats. We could not find a good alternative explanation of this oligoclonal CD8 expansion.
What kind of lymphoma do you find?

Has anyone seen lymphoma in an XLA patient? I would think they would be at least somewhat protected.
