[CIS PIDD] [cis-pidd] therapeutic advise for severe Respiratory papillomatosis (RRP)

Dear Dr. Haddad,
I evaluated today a 7-yr-old boy with exactly the same problem (severe respiratory papillomatosis). Serum immunoglobulins and B-, T- and NK-cell counts are normal.
Pneumologists will give him subcutaneous interferon alpha and nebulized cidofovir.
My question is if I should look for immune defects. He has no problems with other micoorganisms appart from HPV.
