Could the leukopenia be drug induced? Cellcept can do that.
Has a marrow biopsy/aspirate been done?

All,
We are following a 17 year old with a CTLA-4 mutation who presented with severe hemolytic anemia, GLILD, leukopenia who responded to Cellcept. He has now developed severe leukopenia.
Any thoughts on therapies short of BMT. Heard that patients may not have responded well to abatacept.
Thanks
