[CIS PIDD] [cis-pidd] Recurrent campylobacter diarrhoea in XLA pt

Is anybody aware if fecal transplants has been attempted/work in these pts? (pretty large and good experience with C.diff pts)

Subject: [cis-pidd] Recurrent campylobacter diarrhoea in XLA pt

Dear all,  this is an update of a XLA patient reported to the list in 2010. The patient remains with chronic diarrhoea and intermittent positive stool culture despite short courses of oral IgG and a colecystectomy. No more episodes of bacteremia have been observed. Although not a PID patient, we have a similar young patient with a recent kidney transplant unresponsive to all therapies.
Any new suggestion for chronic and symptomatic GI campylobacter infection?
