Jason,

I would contact Professor Yu Lung LAU (lauylung at hku.hk<mailto:lauylung at hkucc.hku.hk>) at Hong-Kong U. He knows a lot of the folks in the region and has diagnostic testing capabilities.

Subject: [cis-pidd] Unusual Request - Immunologist in Beijing?

I received an email from a family in Beijing concerned about a "T-cell immunodeficiency" in their 15 month-old son who apparently has FTT. Stated they have seen both "Western" physicians and TCM practitioners but without diagnosis or treatment plan.

NO data was provided. They are wondering if they should come to the U.S. for evaluation.

It is an unexpected/unusual request and not sure how to respond.

Anyone have recommendations for clinical immunologist in Beijing? Seems to me that would be the first step...
