[CIS PIDD] [cis-pidd] VS: VACTERL and T-cell deficiency

I - many years ago - had a then little under 20-y old male patient briefly followed up with VATER, he clinically had moderate T lymphopenia + mild T cell deficiency, no definitive diagnosis, was lost to follow up (moved to another hospital district).

Neither did I find anything in literature ...

Left me with a nagging feeling .... now even worse...

Colleagues:

I was asked if I had ever seen VACTERL/VATER syndrome associated with marked T-cell deficiency. The only case I found was that of a VACTERL baby with chylothorax.

Any experience with this association?
