[CIS PIDD] [cis-pidd] Schimke Immuno-osseus dysplasia

Sorry for my last email. Sometimes, our server is a little too secure. Here it is again.

All,

I have a new 4 yo patient who has confirmed Schimke immuno-osseus dysplasia. Her lymphocyte subsets demonstrate:

Total CD3+CD4+ 114 cells/uL
Total CD3+CD8+ 21 cells/uL
Total CD19+ 573 cells/uL (nl)
NK cells+ 224 cells/UL (nl)

Her IgG is 339, IgA- 179, IgM- 66

I only see one patient in the literature who is alive after BMT. I am wondering if anyone else has any patients that they have transplanted and what your experience was.
