[CIS PIDD] [cis-pidd] CD4 lymphopenia in GLILD

[CIS-PIDD]

How worried should I be about the CD4 lymphopenia in CVID patients with GLILD?  Has anyone ever seen PJP or MAC in these patients?  I feel as though it is just sequestration but maybe these patients do need PJP prophylaxis?
