There is a small published literature on efficacy of transitioning patients with immune mediated neurologic diseases like CIDP from high-dose IVIG to SCIG - it works and the advantage is that they don't see the tail-off effect with return of symptoms prior to next dose like they see using IV administration.

Yes, we have. We split it into twice weekly doses (was actually about 1.5g/kg) Patient tolerated fine and it worked well. He  had autoimmune c ytopenias which were refractory to multiple immune suppressives and had IV access issues.
