[CIS PIDD] [cis-pidd] STAT 1 GOF

Dear all, we need your help with this case. T his is a 5 year-old girl with STAT1 GOF, recurrent LRTI and bronchi ectasis and recurrent oral thrust ( Candida albicans ) resistant to fluconazole, voriconazole, itraconazole, miconazole and only sensitive to nystatin (with no clinical improvement), ketoconazole (that is not available in Spain), cotrimazole and echinocandins (IV caspofungin, anidulafungin and micafungin). The patient will now receive intravenous therapy with an echinocandin for 10 days but the question is subsequent antifungal prophylaxis while considering SCT. Would you consider ruxolitinib? Would Encochleated Amphotericin B (CAMB/MAT2203) be a real option ( https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02629419?term=chronic+mucocutaneous+candidiasis&rank=1 )? Other proposals?
