[CIS PIDD] [cis-pidd] extremely high IgA with immune dysregulation

Hi Megan,
I had one patient with hyperIgD syndrome who also had very high IgA (in
2000's).
IgA nephropathy, hepatitis, and HIV can also go with high IgA levels.
