PAPA patients usually require combined therapy and it's anti tnf plus anti il1. However, one of my patients with PAPA and other with the spectrum PAPASH/PASS/PASH are on anti il17 (cosentyx - doses required for spondyloarthropathy ) and anti il1 (and this we only have canakinumab in Brazil and one of them required high dosis - 300 mg) , and this is the only way I could control the bone disorder, skin and others were good on anti tnf, but...

I've never read about  BMT for PAPA but NIH researchers can have any information. Try talk to Raphaela, I thought she is not on this list.
