[sbe-eas] ETRS FORM One for EAS Deadline Date set!

I found this one in the FCC Daily Digest from DEC 15.  Filing on ETRS Form 1 can begin on January 3, 2023, but must be completed by February 28, 2023.   No mention of a national EAS Test in this.  Seems to be a yearly requirement now?    Ken Evans
