[sbe-eas] Maryland Tornado Drill RMT Reminder

The Maryland Required Monthly Test (RMT) will coincide with the Maryland Tornado Drill which will be on Wednesday April 12, 2023 at 10:00 AM.  It will be issued by the National Weather Service (NWS) on NOAA Weather Radio (NWR). In case there is an active weather warning in our state area on that day, the NWS will hold the drill on the next day at the same time. This will be the only Maryland RMT for April.
