A unique use of WEA, public safety alert today:  Alert polygon around 
Baltimore harbor, Key Bridge and nearby shorelines.


"At 5 PM, there will be small charges used to remove part of the Key 
Bridge wreckage. This will create loud noises and smoke. Its a standard 
operation to safely cut the steel into pieces. For your safety, we 
recommend using hearing protection outside if you are within 2,000 yards 
of the site."
