EAS logs are not part of the station's public file.

Chief Operator must keep EAS logs as part of the STATION LOGS/RECORDS and
show to a FCC inspector or its representative on demand. No requirement to
keep EAS logs in the PUBLIC FILE or show EAS logs to the public.

RMT schedules are coordinated by the LECC or SECC covering an EAS
operational area. Should obtain RMT schedules from the LECC or SECC.
Although some LECCs or SECCs are non-functional, and a
historical "local-primary" station maintains the EAS operational area
schedule.

RWTs do not need to be scheduled (i.e. "random"). Most stations have
automation now, and schdule spots including RWTs. If a DJ misses an RWT,
can always run it anytime during the "week" (week is undefined). National
Primary stations like SIRIUS/XM satellite sometimes publish their
schedules because so many stations monitor them.

Historically, almost all EAS complaints received by the FCC are from
disgruntled station employees and competitor stations in an area.
I don't pretend to understand the animosity between commercial and
non-commercial broadcasters, or between cable and television stations.
