[sbe-eas] sbe-eas Digest, Vol 246, Issue 1

We operate WCNV in Heathsville, VA.
We DID receive that warning, but did not forward it.

We DO have several of the location codes for the Chesapeake Bay storm
warning forward, but this was rejected as "Log only."
