It is extremely unlikely ATSC3 AEA and 5G broadcasts will be widely 
deployed in Florida within the next 12 hours.

It will probably take 5-8 years for those to reach even 50% deployment 
penetration.  Yes, the next great thing is better or the technologists but 
the FCC and technologists always seem to forget about product market 
cycles, logistics and how long things really take.
