19 confirmed tornadoes as of today (maybe 45 tornadoes reported)


At what point do you ignore your phone buzzing in your pocket.  Is the 
goal to send an alert for every possible vortex during a hurricane, or 
focus attention on the most critical, hazard impact.

Hurricane warning action statement - evacuate area
Tornado warning action statement - seek sturdy building
Flash flood warning action - seek higher ground

Now send all the warnings with conflicting action statements in random 
order. Let the public figure it out what to do.
