We only have one SAGE box to update and we plan to update it manually at
1:59:59 AM ;-) the morning of March 11th.

As I understand the procedure:

1. Turn DST observance off (this can be done anytime)

2. Set the time forward one hour.

3. Set the UTC offset back one hour. Or to 4 hours (was 5) because we
are eastern time zone.

Does anyone else interpret this differently?
