[SBE] SA 9660 Manual

Would anyone in the group be able to provide a copy of the service 
manual / schematics for a Scientific-Atlanta 9660 satellite receiver? 
All I can rustle up is the Operator's Manual and apparently S-A no 
longer supports the receiver.

A pdf would be ideal, but I'm willing to pay for copying and mailing if 
need be.
