[SBE] HELP: Artel fiber optic receiver

Effective Engineering purportedly does repairs on the Artel Products (they didn't fix the fault with my redundant Power Supply on my 3000 series tray; but you might have better luck with them.

My station has an Artel, made for M-A/Com, fiber optic system to get
video down our tower from an ENG receiver.  The fiber receiver is an
R2000, the transmitter is a T2050.  It's lost video out.  I've been
unable to find any manuals or tech info on these units.  Anybody have a
manual/schematic or surplus boards to sell?
