[SBE] Sat analyzer question

Does anyone have experience with the Promax  US TV EXPLORER for finding 
satellite feeds?  Would be interested in reports, or if you use a similar device 
that works well, would like to know also. We had a Satlook D, it died 50 weeks 
later and the company was refusing service on units saying they had no parts.
