[SBE] Sat analyzer question

I hope you have been able to resolve the issue with the Satlook D.  We
just bought a new one in June of 07.  This certainly should be supported
at this time!!

Does anyone have experience with the Promax  US TV EXPLORER for finding
satellite feeds?  Would be interested in reports, or if you use a
similar device that works well, would like to know also. We had a
Satlook D, it died 50 weeks later and the company was refusing service
on units saying they had no parts.
