[SBE] DTV transition around the world

I have been researching the transition to DTV and the analog sunset for
countries other than the US.  So far I have pretty good resources for
Europe, but very little for Asia and the rest of the world.  Yes I realize
that many nations may not have plans as of yet, but a surprising number do.

Is anyone familiar with any resources that are available on this topic?
