[SBE] New EAS Handbooks!

Some browsers suppress underscores and replace them with spaces.  If you cut and paste the link make sure that, wherever you see a space, you insert an underscore.  The email you got had a bunch of extra spaces.  It was a link that worked when I sent it:

The FCC Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau has released new EAS
handbooks.


You all are required to have these handy for your operators -- and they
really should read them too!


The TV one includes DTV, and I'm sure there are goodies for all in these
new handbooks, just in time for the Holidays!
