[SBE] AM transmitter needed

I've been contacted by an owner of a small station near Atlanta that needs a 1kw AM transmitter. His budget is extremely modest, less than 10k. Tech help in his are is hard to come by so solid state is critical. Used is good as long as it works and he can still get parts.
