[SBE] Tarring Copper

I'm going out to paint all the remaining copper strap at our
AM sites with a really
durable and bright oddball color so it is obvious that it was ripped
off.   Maybe I'll stencil "I am stolen" in English AND Spanish on
them!

Tarring the copper strap didn't help a bit in Birmingham. They took it
anyway, goo and all.

Put roofing tar on the exposed copper. If it is not shiny bright it is not
worth the crooks time. They have to clean it off and they do not receive the
same amount of money if it is on there.
