 So you want some HF spark transmitters at each site?  That should help 
reception.  We could ask the manufacturers to stamp in foot markers as Belden does 
on insulation, and other ID, then let everyone know its been marked.  But we 
forget, the scrap yards may be just as much crooks as those doing the digging. 

Locally developers have hired guards because thieves will take entire 
bathrooms, appliances, hot tubs, spas, building materials. There is a used car dealer 
that had the wheels taken from over a dozen cars one night, they just went 
down the row of new cars and ripped the wheels/tires off apparently until their 
vehicle was too full to hold more.
