In case you missed it, the FCC is now hinting that Feb 17th may simply be a 
test because the FCC and some of congress are worried they will get a lot of 
hate mail on Feb 18th.   You think?  In other words, Feb 17, 09 will just be a 
test of the nation's broadcast system shutting off analog TV to see if anyone 
is watching, and Jerry Springer et al. might be back on the 19th.  Confused? 
Imagine the viewers with only LPTV and translators to watch!
