[SBE] Ready to turn analog back on?

If one reads the FCC News release in the DTV education order, all
that has happened is the the Chairman has agreed to discuss the
possibility of early test markets with the DTV task force. The
Telcom chairman wrote the FCC chairman to do just that - limited test
markets early - not turn everyone off on Feb 17th and then back on later.

Please post correct info not guesses to start the discussion.
