Maybe the LPTV stations need to mount their own OTA campaign. We just
got 
another couple half hour programs last Friday explaining DTV.
(Ironically the 
DTV program is sent via ANALOG satellite!) Didn't watch the feed, don't
care. To 
date we have spent over 100% of our annual budget in the DTV transition
while 
expanding news, live sports (triple over last year) and other
programming. I 
don't think their are any DTV station in our market that don't have full

power. While we are  1/10 the size of the other two PBS stations, we
managed to 
whip thier butt last weekend in the ratings and can still shove it to
CBS no 
power channel 2 DTV 3 that posted an ENG truck a block from our station
to 
compete.  To pharaphrase, "its not the size of your planet, its what you
do with it 
that counts."
