[SBE] Industry retirement situation

We've generally had no shortage of programs for meetings. Its just hard to 
get folks to come out to the meetings. of 170+ members, a big meeting for us is 
35 attendees.  many commute by mass transit, so don't have a car to get to 
suburban meetings, surbuban members don't want to travel downtown. and a lot of 
us just work too many hours.
