I did. took the whole BOD and senior staff for a tour. Results: they will put 
in running water (well, septic, bathroom), fix the building, fix the road, 
and are buying an engineering department truck 4x4.  

Getting a bunch of folks standing in the middle of a harvested corn field 
looking for the porta potty sure makes folks agreeable.
