Chris...I too agree with Cowboy, it's up to us, the Engineers, to set the
mark. If we continue to unclog toilets and repair broken chairs, etc; then
we're only one step above the janitor and we'll be treated as such.

Cowboy is right. I know that when you're out of work it's hard to refuse a
job offer. (I've been there, too.) As long as people are willing to accept
the conditions, the expectation will continue.
