[SBE] curvature of the earth

Google turned up The Electronics Handbook By Jerry C. Whitaker
that has a picture of 4/3 paper labeled as being from from Hammett & Edison

I found a sheet in my Moseley PL 606 manual.

I have never found a commercial source.
