[SBE] Equipment repair question

I have one that is suffering from the Black Horizontal line flu. The lines
occur the most frequent when text or a lot of solid color comes into play.
When I was up at the transmit site, I used a VCR to half split the issue and
sure enough the picture was peachy using the VCR tuner. I put the Cadco back
in play and basically a horrible picture with these black lines everywhere.
We are a religious broadcast network, so we are primarily talking heads and
bottom third text.

What is it suffering from? I have fixed quite that had bad capacitors in the
power supply which caused hum bars or no video at all.

Does anyone know of a source to fix a Cadco Model 375? I was cleaning out
the engineering office under mandate from my station manager, and I came
across these. I called Cadco and they no longer repair them. I HATE throwing
stuff away like this . so I thought I would ask if anyone knows a source to
have these fixed. My boss is saying, "If it's junk toss it!". I tried, but I
would rather have them fixed and on the shelf for backups.
