[SBE] LED Tower Lighting

I looked at the current sensor relays that TWR used in the light controller
for our LED tower lights.  They are Telemecanique RM4JA32MW.  DIN rail
mount, diagnostic/status leds, fully adjustable time delay and hysterisis.
