[SBE] DTV converter

Would be interested in a brief review once you've had the chance to test
it out.  I'm trying to gather information with the expectation stations
will be getting more and more DTV Rx calls as the deadline gets nearer.

magnavox model TB100MG9. They accepted the coupon.
