Hi Jim,

I am just back from the Dayton Hamvention.  I have a more complete 
hand drawn schematic of the relay system which I will scan and email to you.

Good luck with the RCA's and don't hesitate to email me if you have 
any questions while bringing them up.  I suggest a restoration on 
their present channel first before attempting the freq change.  The 
limited tuning on the PA plate makes the hitting of the coil taps a 
trial and eror process.
