[SBE] do a remote via phone line without the need for someone to run the board at the station.

One of my clients does sports remotes with a Circuitwerkes DS8. It's
set up to auto answer the phone line. After a password is entered, the
remote talent can enter a DTMF tone to which stops the "normal"
programming on the Simian automation system and loads the "sports" log.
Another DTMF tone will fire the next commercial brake in sequence, and
finally there is a third DTMF tone to end the game and reload the
"normal" log. You requirement sounds even simpler.

The announcer calls the dedicated phone line and types in the security code for the device. We use BE AudioVault automation for 2 radio stations and the County we operate in has asked us if we can set this up for emergencies if we need to evacuate the station for emergency announcements. They have kindly donated a generator to the station for this purpose.
