I think the webinar idea is excellent! I know I would watch if local
chapter
meetings were available online via webcam or something similar. Maybe
even
make it interactive with live video streaming and chat, so members that
aren't physically at the meeting can ask questions etc.
My local chapter has a lot of meetings around noon, which works great
for
everyone in the city, but I'm 60 miles away and don't work in the city
everyday. Day time meetings turn into a whole day adventure for me. I
personally prefer meetings to be at night, so I can go out for a nice
dinner
in town after the meeting. However, I do make an effort to attend a few
meetings a year, such as the NAB roadshow, summer picnic, and x-mas
dinner.
