[SBE] Ultrasonic Leak Detection Revisited

[McGlothen, Darryl]

Would that be an open source project to which every member could both
contribute and critique the contributions of others and that would be
freely available to the membership??? or something the SBE would add to
their library of available publicataions...for a price? I advocate for
open source.
