[SBE] stereo audio RPU

If "cost is no object" rent a point to point T-1 from telco (assuming
that you have a month advance notice to get it installed) and use a pair
of Moseley T-1 Starlink units. The basic configuration of the Moseley
box is 2 15KHz audio channels both directions. The audio is excellent
and the latency is negligible.
